My friend Katie just IM'd me to tell me about what might be a miracle product, that she just ordered online.
But first, allow me to explain: My DD boobages will not allow me to wear button-down shirts, unless I safety pin them. I get big-booby gap. I know you know what I'm talking about.
And then, Katie told me about No See 'ems Fashion Tape.
From the site:
No See 'ems(TM)
Patent-pending Blouse Front Closures
Each package contains twelve clear reinforced units.
dimensions 3 1/2 x 1/2 (now 12 to a pack!)
$12.95
Buzz off safety pins and ordinary fashion tape! No See ‘ems to the rescue! These easy-to–use, clear, reinforced closures slide around and behind the button to give you a smooth, tailored look. No more sneak peeking. They seal firmly above and below the button of your choice and are safe for most fabrics, even 100 percent silk and cashmere. They are great for sweaters that pull at the buttons and those nice fitted blouses. No See ‘ems go on clear and come off clean. No residue! And although No See ‘ems are disposable, they can often be reused depending on the previous fabric type. But, please test the bond to be sure.
Buy them and watch a cool little video about them here.

Wow, definitely not a blog for me and my olive pits, but I have a bunch of girlfriends that can benefit from this product. When your friend receives her order, fill us in on a review!
1Hmmm, you'll have to tell us how much she liked them, this looks promising though!
2I've heard these tapes also stick to the skin so you can use them to keep straps on and all kinds of different uses.

3Man, that is the coolest thing ever. I hardly ever wear my buttondowns because of this very problem. Can't wait to her her review.
4OMG, whip, i think this product is really going to change my life! hahahaha
5i'm not even joking! i ALWAYS have to use safety pins, and even then, it doesn't look that great... i'm going to order these RIGHT NOW
6I stopped buying button front shirts because of the boobie gap problem. Will definitely look into these.
7TO fix the boobie gap in button down shirts this is what you have to do (if you feel up to it)
1. Fit the boobs first. Find shirts that go across your boobs without gaping. This does mean that you are going to have to go up a size or two in shirts to find the correct fit in this area
2. Now because you had to go up a size or two and you have no gaping in the boobs the rest of the shirt is going to look big on you specially through the stomach area and probably the shoulders. To fix this you need to get the shirt tailored. Look for shirts with darting in the front, back or both. This will make it much easier for the tailor to fit the shirt and help to give you a nice shape.
I know it seems like a lot of work but it really will give you the best fit with button downs and will eliminate gaping. BTW women of all sizes get gaping
8Or you can just 'share' your excess boobies with us less fortunate
9Jess, you're right, but I'm WAY too lazy to get anything tailored! If something doesn't fit right off the bat, I don't buy it!
10Tailoring buttondowns is way too much trouble for me, Jess. I don't wear them often enough to make it worth my while.
11HALLELUJAH. (As viridian1 would say, "Praise Jesus and pass the mashed potatoes!)
12wow what a great idea! I'm not a member of the big boobie club but I have a few really good friends who could use this!!
13What a smart idea!
14I wonder if buying little stick on velcro patches would work. I'm about sick of safety pinning too.
15Just when I had given up on button downs. I was really hoping this was a boobie vanishing creams lol
16when i wasnt so fat i wore them all the time with french cuffs with playboy bunny cuff links.. dayum i was the bomb
now im just fat
17Shut your mouth C.
18if i could shut my mouth lay lay i wouldnt be such a fat

20How is weight watchers Sweet?
Not to minimize the problem that you all are speaking of or anything, but you could just wear a tank under the shirt. They have nice ones at NY&Co.
21ohhh nice! I'll have to get some of those. Even when I was only 100 lbs, I still had big boobies...and they just got bigger with each kiddo.
:/
22Oh for us big boob'd women I got a flyer in the mail that new victoria secret bra goes up to a 40DD doesnt do much for me but it might some of yall!!
