I just read on another thread that Costco is selling the entire series of Buffy The Vampire Slayer on DVD for $100, which is $65 less than they're selling it on Amazon. I am very excited. 
But the DVD's aren't for sale on the website. So I didn't think there was a Costco nearby but I did some investigating and there's one not too far. 
But - isn't Costco a membership warehouse, like Sam's Club or BJ's? Do I have to pay a fee to get in and make a purchase? Does anyone know what the fee is?
I want my Buffy :sulk: But I don't want to pay a giant fee to get it.
P.S. Buffy was an awesome, awesome show. Don't knock it till you've tried it!

Yeah, you have to pay a fee to join the club, and it varies based on personal or business membership. I don't know what the fees are, though.

7He11 yeah.. I keep forgetting to sign up, there's one right up the street from here. It's so worth it to buy in bulk.. you just save so much money.
8I LOVE Costco....samples galore!!!! Plus you can get a kosher hotdog and soda for like $1 and change awesome!!

Its always a damn zoo so Mick & I have to work ourselve into it, but it
really is worth it. I think we got something like 36 Dr. Peppers for like $9. (I don't drink them...)

I think Sam's club is only $35, but that may be with a business membership, that's what Matty has.
16I loved Costco when I lived in Hawaii. I'm not a member, but my Mom is and she would always go crazy buying huge quantities of stuff and then give like half of it to me when she realized she couldn't use it all.
Awesome. 
17We have a BJ's membership but I have no idea how much it is. We use it a lot though, I love their feta cheese and the kalamata olives yummm! just for that alone is worth it

Its the same here, you need a membership. My sister has a business one, and I go with her. Once I used her card alone, and they didn't notice.

I freaking love Costco. Whip, I can buy it if they have it at ours, mail it to you, and you can just PayPal the money when it arrives. It'll be almost $110 though, because our sales tax is bullcrap.
The $50 membership is totally worth it to me in DVD savings alone. I can't tell you how many box sets we bought last year.

Whip, if you have any friends with a membership you can go with them as a guest. They're really cool about that.

25Since I don't go there all the time, I go with a friend to use her card.
I know Sam's Clubs is 40 for a buisness membership.
When we went to Sam's to get our Guitar Hero set we got to the check out and they told us that whoever's business account we were on didn't renew us (how nice of our parents, huh?) so we were all bummed and was about to walk out and this woman that worked there was like "Oh you can use my card" When we got to the check out the guy swiped the card, rang us up, and we paid. When he went to hand us the receipt he was like "Have a good day Mrs Gloria...wait a minute! GLORIA! STOP GIVING YOUR CARD TO THE CUSTOMERS!"
We jetted before they told us we had to take our Guitar Hero back.
