I am in awe of this goddess-inspired gown, and I am thrilled that she finally did something different with her hair. Her makeup is perfect as well. She is tied for my favorite of the evening.
Kate Beckinsale
This is my other favorite of the evening. The color, the tiers, the hair, the makeup. It is all absolutely perfect.
Becki Newton
I love the silhouette of this dress and the pale shimmer. Her hair is lovely as well.
Ellen Pompeo
Ellen usually takes big risks on the red carpet, and usually fails. But here, her risk - a bold, shiny gown - paid off, and her hair and makeup are flawless.
Brittany Snow
She seems to be paying homage to Old Hollywood with this look... the sparkly gown, the big curls. It's fantastic. I could see Scarjo doing this look as well.
Christina Applegate
I'm not loving the white eyeliner, but other than that, this look is fabulous.
Sara Ramirez
Not many women could pull off this color, but she looks amazing!
Teri Hatcher
I can't believe Teri Hatcher made my best-dressed list, but I think she looks very fetching in this floral gown, and her simple accessories and hairdo are perfect.
Tina Fey
I think a lot of people may disagree with me but I think this look is fabulous. Sure, it's maybe a teensy bit too casual for the SAG awards, but she looks wonderful.
Cate Blanchett
This is pretty safe for Cate, but that's okay. She still looks beautiful.
Allison Janney
I'm not usually a fan of this color but it works on her. And I love her hair!
Ashley Tisdale
I barely recognize her in this photo, but she looks very pretty. I like the lines on the dress and the loose, sexy hair.
Marion Cotillard
This is pure fabulosity. The dress, the glowy makeup, the simple hair... perfection.
Olivia Wilde
I love this. It makes me happy that grey can be sexy and exciting.
Marcia Cross
Marcia always wears bold, beautiful colors on the red carpet. As usual, she looks wonderful.

Absolutely flawless. I'm usually not a fan of lace but this totally works.

I want to hate this, but I think it's ballsy and bohemian and wonderful.
Okay, now the BAD:
Chandra Wilson
She looks lovely from the neck up, but this is a horribly tacky dress, and not flattering on her at all.
Angelina Jolie
Seriously, what is this? I don't have a problem so much with the earth-toned ombre fabric, but this is a TENT. The pregnancy rumors have already started, this is definitely going to fuel the fire. Her hair is blah and she looks old. Yuck.
Nikki Blonsky
It's a great color on her, but this dress is totally unflattering. It looks like a sack. And her hair has too much product in it and just looks dirty.
Jane Krakowski
I'm usually a big fan of the retro look, but her puffy hair and avocado-colored dress make her look like she's going to the awards circa 1971.
Sandra Oh
Nobody, of any size, looks good in a sack. And nobody looks good in a sack topped off by a tacky pink bow.
And the UNDERWHELMING:
Ana Ortiz
Meh. This is okay, I suppose. I'm not a fan of mermaid dresses in general, but I'm trying not to hold that against her. It just doesn't look like it fits her very well.

There's nothing wrong with this look at all, she looks very nice. But I feel like we've seen this look on the red carpet a million times. 
Eva Longoria
I actually like this gown. Very much. But her awful hairdo kept her off the "good" list.
Debra Messing
I like her hair and makeup, and the dress is actually very cool. But it doesn't flatter her figure at all.
Ellen Page
If this was a regular old premiere, I'd give Ellen a thumbs up. She looks very cute and the dress is flattering. She usually looks awkward when she dresses up but she looks very comfortable here for once. Still, it's not appropriate for the SAG awards. I also wish she'd do something with her hair.
Jenna Fischer
I like the color of the dress, and her hair and makeup is nice, but I'm not digging the studs. Not at all.
Michelle Pfeiffer
There's nothing wrong with this, but I think it's pretty boring.

2I loved the sort of dominatrix looking dress that Catherine from CSI wore, too! I totally agree on Angelina's dress.. DID ANYONE ELSE SEE HER WHEN SHE FIRST ENTERED THE CARPET WITH BRAD? She tripped on her gown and I swear I saw the top of her nipple!! Her face fell immediately, like.."F-word!!! My tit just popped out on the effin red carpet!"

31I loved Kate Hudson's dress also. I saw her presenting with Matty Mac and I couldn't take my eyes off of Kate. It's fits her personality so well.
32I think Kate's hair was what I didn't like about her look. It looked like they fixed her bangs and then forgot to do anything to the back of it.
