When I get a craving for a particular kind of food, I feel like I will die if I don't get it soon. This weekend, I had a craving for egg salad, which is a fairly common craving for me. I guess I needed protein. Or I needed to get even fatter. Anyway, I made up a whole lot of it and I'm eating it for lunch in a wheat pita and it is wonderful.

Big Mac and Fries
Sushi
Nachos
Big Salad with chicken
Burgers with bacon, guac, and Swiss cheese
Gravy Fries

And my latest obsession is the Weight Watchers Toffee Crunch Bar (it's a popsicle that contains low-fat toffee ice cream, a milk chocolate-flavored coating with toffee pieces). I used to smoke one cigarette after dinner. Now I eat one of these, and I don't feel complete unless I do so. They are yummy and only 2 points apiece.
