How lame. That happens to me sometimes with Amazon.

A waste of materials AND a waste of money. They'd save themselves a bundle in supplies and time if they were smarter about packing.

One redeeming quality about BB&B...their coupons hardly ever expire. And you can use up to 3 at a time. But that packing is still stupid.

This is like Jiggy's boxes that I think she ordered from amazon. What a waste of materials, they probably just do that so that they can charge you more shipping.

I think some companies just use any type of box if they don't have the correct size or they run out of those bubble envelopes. I'm just thinking back when I worked retail...and sometimes we would have to ship stuff back to the vendor or to another store. But then again, we weren't set up for major shipping...like some companies should be, such as BB&B. Maybe, it's because they're going out of business. Anyway, it is wasteful, and I can see why Whip is annoyed.

What a waste! For me, BB&B sucks because I usually never find at the store an item advertised in their catalogs.
